GASHA GO! World

Ensured a high bar of quality across 13 games, 8 animated music videos, 12 printable classroom activities, 26 vocabulary cards, and Spanish translations for all content, leading to a successful release across iOS, Android, and web platforms.

GASHA GO! World is a suite of fun learning experiences developed by Georgia Public Broadcasting, FableVision Studios, and the Georgia Department of Education. Each of the 13 games, 8 music videos, and other supporting materials in GASHA GO! World is designed to foster early logical and computational thinking in kids in grades K-2.

On this project, I...

  • Meticulously reviewed a large number of diverse deliverables – including multiple games, animated videos, and printable classroom activities – helping the team identify and solve key issues at all stages of development.

  • Communicated complex project details to the client and a rotating team of 8-10 developers, UX designers, and artists.

  • Oversaw the store submission process, ensuring the team had all of the supporting content needed to pass review on both the Apple App Store and Google Play.

  • Designed multiple games’ scoring systems, tutorialization features, and alternative keyboard controls, handling intricate game design work in order to remove blockers while under time pressure.

  • Successfully collaborated with musicians, voice actors, an accessibility review team, and a Spanish translation team.

  • Also helped manage the development of GPB’s games landing page (which includes GASHA GO! content as well as other games).
